Lincolns drop to second spot in the GOJHL power rankings

The Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League has released their Week 9 power rankings, showcasing a lot of movement taking place in the league and highlighting the dominance of the loop's Eastern Conference with four out of five teams calling it home. 

After holding the top spot for the last number of weeks, the St. Marys Lincolns have dropped to the number two in the GOJHL rankings. The new top dog in the league are the Ayr Centennials, who are riding a 10-game win streak. The Fort Erie Meteors remain in the third spot, coming off a seven-game point streak. Two teams are in the top five for the first time: St. Catharines moved into the fourth spot after winning four in a row, and the Cambridge Redhawks are fifth, riding a nine-game point streak.

The Lincolns have dropped two of their last five games. St. Marys looks to rebound on Wednesday as they travel to LaSalle to take on the Vipers.
