The Alvinston Killer Bees continue to be a thorn in the side of the Stratford Fighting Irish, claiming their first meeting of the year this past weekend 6-4 in Alvinston. Graham Brulotte, Justin Murray, Zach Magwood, and Jaden Peca would get goals for Stratford in the loss.

In junior action, the Stratford Warriors scored early and often Friday night on their way to a 7-2 win over Brantford. Aaron Green, Tyler Kelly, Zachary Schooley, Quinn Kipfer, Dax Vader, Heath Bogart, and Hunter Nagge netted goals in the victory, while goaltender Chase Furlong stopped 26 of 28 shots in the win. The goals dried up Saturday as the Warriors fell 2-1 to the Cambridge Redhawks. Kipfer had the Warriors' lone goal in defeat.

The St. Marys Lincolns keep their winning ways going. The Lincolns got two goals from Luca Spagnolo, while Owen Voortman, and Noah Vandenbrick added singles in Friday night's 4-1 win over Caledonia. On Sunday, the Lincolns shut out Welland 5-0. Hayden Barch and Chase MacQueen-Spence scored twice each and Ryan Cornfield added another goal in the win.

It was a tough weekend for the Mitchell Hawks. On Friday night the Hawks got blown out 8-1 by Wingham, with Ryan Gansevles scoring goal in the loss. Goals came easier on Sunday, but Mitchell fell 6-5 in overtime to the Fergus Whalers.

It was a bounce back weekend for the Tavistock Braves who hadn't won a game since early October. On Friday the Braves beat Woodstock 5-2, with five different players scoring in the win. On Saturday the Braves doubled up Paris 4-2, thanks to a two goal game from Grady Murphy. Tavistock then blew a 2-0 lead in falling 3-2 in overtime to Dorchester.
