On Saturday, November 16, 2024, Claire Trussler, age 4, was taken too soon from loving parents, Joel and Karen (Lipskie) Trussler, and her cherished brothers, Logan and Ethan.

Claire came into this world full of life and smiles and she had a tremendous impact on the many people she came in contact with.

She had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found exploring nature, captivated by the simple wonders of the world, from the rustling of trees to the dance of the wind through flags. Claire’s curiosity extended to the smallest details, from the fascination of automatic doors to her love for balls and animals, especially goats and chickens. She delighted in reading and enjoying the magic of music.

Above all, Claire was deeply loved and adored by her parents and brothers, and she returned that love with a heart full of affection and joy. Her bond with her family was unbreakable, and her laughter and playful spirit will forever be cherished.

Claire will be lovingly remembered by her grandparents, Gail Lipskie (the late Bradley Lipskie), Karen and Scott Trussler, her uncles and aunts, David (Lynne) Lipskie, Andrew Lipskie, and Sam (Brittany) Trussler, as well as her many cousins, all of whom were touched by her kindness and bright spirit.

Karen and Joel would like to extend their deepest gratitude to everyone who was fortunate enough to be involved in Claire's medical care, education or other services throughout her life.

Family and friends are invited to Claire’s public visitation on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron St, Stratford. A funeral service to celebrate her beautiful life will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Stratford Christian Reform Church, 190 Athlone Ave, Stratford at 11:00 a.m.

In her short time with us, Claire’s light shone brightly, and though she is no longer with us, her smile and joyful spirit will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew her.
