It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Katherine “Kathy” Louise Pay, on September 12 2024 at the Stratford Rotary Hospice, with loved ones by her side.
Kathy will be greatly missed by her three children, Michelle Sutherland (Will), Tina Nemeth (Joe), and Kenny Marys (Evelyn). Loved by her grandchildren Stephanie, Justin (Abbey), Ryan (Sasha), Brandon, Brittany, Rachell, Erica, Ciera and Kenny, and her great-grandchildren Sophia, Harley, Piper and Remington. Missed by her siblings Fred (Helen-deceased), Larry (Jeff), Brenda (George), Jeff (Judy), sister-in-law Ellen and many nieces and nephews
Kathy is predeceased by her parents Fred and Ruth Funnell, sister Judy Robbins and brother Ron Funnell as well as brother-in-law David Robbins.
A special thank you to all the amazing staff and volunteers at the Stratford Rotary Hospice who not only made Kathy feel comfortable and loved in her last days but also showed enormous compassion and love to her family and the close friends who visited.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Kathy’s life will be held in future.
