Police investigate incidents involving BB gun being fired in Listowel

NORTH PERTH – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking the public's assistance with two ongoing investigations involving a BB gun being fired in North Perth earlier this week.

In the first instance a person was injured and in the second case a building was damaged, according to an OPP news release.

Police say that at around 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 27, an individual was assaulted and shot with a BB gun on Queen Street East in Listowel, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries.

At 12:32 a.m. on Aug. 28, the front of a residence was damaged on Elma Street East in Listowel.
