Noise and mistaken calls top police occurrence list

It must’ve been all that back-to-school noise. The Stratford Police Service issued their weekly report on occurrences via their X account, showing they had 464 for the week ending September 9. Of those occurrences, 374 of them came in Stratford while 55 were generated in St. Marys and 35 in Perth South. Noise complaints topped the list (20), while unintentional mistakes were right behind (19). Police performed 18 well-being checks and attended 10 neighbour disputes. Other occurrences making the list were Police priority calls, driving complaints (nine each), and unwanted person (six).
