A collision in Perth County has resulted in the death of one individual.
On Saturday February 22, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), alongside local emergency services were called to a single motorized snow vehicle collision near 37 Line and Road 109 in Perth County.
The lone rider, a 25-year-old resident of Perth South Township was taken to hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.
The identity of the deceased individual will not be released out of respect for the family's privacy.
The OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team are assisting Perth County OPP with the investigation.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the Perth County OPP.
