With sadness, we announce the passing of Vivian. She passed peacefully at the Stratford Rotary Hospice after a four-year battle with kidney cancer. Mother to Rick (Nancy) and daughter-in-law Tracy. Much loved grandmother to Evan, Larissa, Ryan, Celeste, Chelsea and Brianna and great grandmother to Dimitri, Ezra, Aidan, Larry and Alexander. Predeceased by her parents Yvonne and Gerard Carrier, sister Gizelle, brother Conrad and loving husband Larry. Vivian and Larry were married for 61 years. She is survived by sisters Linda and Geatanne and stepbrother Danny.

Vivian was an excellent cook, quilt maker and home maker. Vivian and her husband Larry owned and operated Frenchy’s Auto Body and a Ford Dealership in Wallaceburg, ON. They travelled extensively visiting Australia, Hawaii, Alaska, Bahama, Florida and their favorite destination Las Vegas. In retirement, Vivian and Larry spent their winters in New Port Richey, Florida and their summers near the beach in Grand Bend. She was an avid card player, golfer and crafter. She loved playing Skipbo with her grandkids and beating Larry at cribbage and euchre. She was a talented and clever woman with a great sense of humor who loved entertaining family and friends. Her sweet smile will be sorely missed.

Please join us to share in a Celebration of Life for Vivian on January 11, 2024, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford Ontario. Memorial donations in Vivian's memory may be made to Rotary Hospice or Greenwood Court.
