Madonna Cook (nee Decker) passed away on April 16th at her home. She was the widow of Michael Cook. Born in Joe Batts Arm, Newfoundland on May 8th, 1951, to her parents who she was predeceased by Mary Frances and Michael Decker. She retired from the Stratford Festival warehouse as manager and spent her retirement riding her horse, Jess, visiting friends, and travelling. She will be remembered by so many different people for so many different things. Her spirit, her dancing, her laughter, her willingness to help, her sense of humour, how she wore her huge heart on her sleeve, her fearlessness, and the unrelenting desire to live her life to the fullest. She is survived by her children Sarah (Silas), Sebastian (Donna), Fergus (Stacey), Perdita and grandchildren, Esme and Miles, as well as her siblings Philip, Dennis, Madeline, Tony, Stephen, Evelyn, Lawrence and Frank (deceased).

There will be a celebration of life at her home at 43 Shrewsbury street on May 21, from 2-5 pm.
