Two trades to announce for the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey Leagues, Stratford Warriors.
The Warriors have traded defenseman Jacob Wiseman to the Sarnia Legionnaires. Details of the trade were not made public.
The Warriors acquired defenceman Andrew Wojnicki from the Port Colborne Sailors in exchange for a Player Development Fee. The 17 year old has played in 23 games this season and has 2 assists and 46 penalty minutes. Wojnicki brings some size to the Warriors as he is 6 foot 7 inches tall and weighs in at 233 pounds.
Tonight the Warriors host the LaSalle Vipers in their last home game of 2024. Puck drop from the William Allman Arena is 7:30 p.m. Tonight is also the Warriors annual toy and food drive.
