Public Health looking to determine if this dog has up-to-date rabies vaccination

Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for a dog involved in an incident in Stratford on Monday, Oct. 21, at approximately 12:30 p.m.  The incident took place on the sidewalk on Brydges Street between Strachan Street and Home Street.

The dog involved in the incident is described as medium sized and possibly a chow chow.  One male, described as having blonde hair, was with the dog, and both continued walking toward McNab Street.  

HPPH is investigating this incident to check if the dog has up-to-date rabies vaccination. 

HPPH reminds people to always obtain the contact information of the owners of the animal that is involved in an incident.
