NORTH MIDDLESEX — Middlesex County OPP investigating a break and enter to a property in North Middlesex.
On Dec. 13, 2024, at 12:11 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a property on Creamery Road in North Middlesex for the report of a break and enter in progress.
As officers arrived on scene two individuals were observed fleeing the area on foot.
Members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and OPP Canine located and arrested two individuals not far from the scene.
The pair were operating a vehicle which had become stuck. The vehicle was confirmed to be stolen.
As a result, Dustin Hubbard, a 33-year-old of Sarnia, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada
The accused was held for bail.
As a result, Bridget Livingston, a 33-year-old of West Perth, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on January 29, 2025, to speak to the charges.
