Thieves hit cargo trailer in Granton

Middlesex County OPP investigating break and enter to cargo trailer in Granton.

On Jan. 15, 2025, at 11:51 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a residence under construction on Granton Line in the Township of Lucan-Biddulph, for the report of a break and enter.

Investigation revealed an unknown individual(s) forced entry into a cargo trailer on the property, being used to store tools, sometime over the past month.

At this time, it is estimated that approximately $20,000 worth of tools were stolen.

The investigation is continuing.
