Thamesford man charged following traffic complaint in Zorra

An individual from Thamesford is facing charges stemming from an incident that occurred on Road 68 in the Township of Zorra.

On March 21, at approximately 10 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment were dispatched to Road 68 in the Township of Zorra for a report of a traffic complaint that was occurring between multiple motor vehicles.

Officers attended and located all the vehicles involved.

Jonathan Morgan, 30-years-old of Thamesford, has been charged with:  

  • dangerous operation
  • uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm

There were no reported injuries because of this incident.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on April 22.
