Linda Jane Rumble, age 82, of Walkerton, formerly of Stratford, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Huron Shores Hospice (Tiverton) on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Born in Hanover, daughter of the late Russell and Hilda (Everett) Sarvis.
Linda is survived by her lifelong friend James Easun. Proud and loving mother of Lloyd and Lisa Rumble. Linda will be fondly remembered by her special niece Lorraine and her husband Martino Caputo. Linda is survived by her siblings Ron (Marg) Rapp and Dorene (George) Holunga.
Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her siblings Kenn (Dot) Rapp, Lloyd Rapp, Lorne Rapp, Margaret, Mary and Esther.
The family would like to sincerely thank all the volunteers, staff and doctors of Huron Shores Hospice for the outstanding care and compassion their mother received. In keeping with Linda’s wishes, cremation will take place, and she will be interred in Avondale Cemetery (Stratford).
