Joe was a man of remarkable kindness and generosity, whose presence and personality illuminated every room he entered. He held himself to high standards and cherished his values dearly. His love for his wife Kathy, his children, and grandchildren was unparalleled, although Weber's Burgers came in a close second.

He found true joy on the jobsite, where no task was too large or too small for Demo Joe. His motto was simple yet resolute: "Big or small, we wreck them all." If you ever find yourself driving up Hwy 11, take a moment to visit Weber's and enjoy a double patty burger in honour of Joe.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the ER and ICU staff at Stratford General Hospital.
