Kiwanis Garlic Festival

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ Stratford Rotary Complex

The garlic festival is back for another year, running Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Admission is $10 per day or $15 for a two-day pass - after 2 p.m. on either day, admission is two for $10.

 

Back To Business Indoor Makers Market

10 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ Festival Square Market

Local and regional makers and artists gather at Festival Square - this is a good place to get a jump on your home decor or holiday shopping. Free admission.

 

Tours & Workshops: Song and Dance - La Cage Aux Folles

10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. @ Studio Theatre

Audiences can learn and perform step-by-step choreography and music from La Cage Aux Folles with artists from the show - it all finishes with a Q&A session. Tickets are $32 and can be purchased via www.stratfordfestival.ca.

Starts at 8 p.m. @ Bijou Restaurant

Art in the Park

10 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ Lakeside Drive

There’s still time left this season to check out a Stratford institution - Art in the Park. The season runs until October, so make sure you check out the carvings, photography, painting and more.

 

Live Music Matinee

6-8 p.m. @ The Starlight

Make some early Sunday evening plans to head to The Starlight and see The Railway Trio. It’s a great way to support local live music - no cover charge.

 

Stratford Warriors vs. St. Marys Lincolns

2:30 p.m. @ William Allman Memorial Arena

It’s the last game of the pre-season for the Warriors as they welcome the St. Marys Lincolns to the Allman Arena. Puck drop is set for 2:30 p.m.
