Stratford Warriors Home Opener

The Warriors kick off the 2024-2025 season at home against the rival Elmira Sugar Kings. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. at the Allman.

Rotary Dragon Boat Festival

First race of the day - 8 a.m. @ Lakeside Drive

A unique tradition unfolds as teams arrive in the Festival City to take part in the 27th annual Stratford Rotary Dragon Boat Festival. There will be food vendors on site, a kids area and live entertainment. Go to www.visitstratford.ca and check the events menu for festival details.

 

Breakfast on the Farm

9 a.m. - 1 p.m. @ Hillmanor Holsteins, Dublin

It’ll be a one-of-a-kind on-farm experience, as guests will be treated to an all-Ontario breakfast, farm tour, interactive educational displays and family photo ops. It’s $5 per adult and kids under 12 get in free. Go to www.farmfoodcareon.org to get more information.

 

Fall Harvest Festival

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. @ Black Creek Flower Farm (Highway 8 between Sebringville and Mitchell)

You want fall-themed fun, you got it! A pumpkin patch, flower picking, face painting, sunflower trail, a pumpkin cannon and more are all on the agenda at Black Creek Flower Farm. Here for Now Theatre: Dinner with the Duchess

At the end of a storied career, violin virtuoso Margaret gives her final interview to a young, savvy reporter.
