Saturday, Oct. 26 is set to be a frightfully fantastic day in Spooktacular St. Marys, bursting with activities and spooky delights for goblins and ghouls of all ages from 8 a.m. to noon.

The fun begins at 8:00 a.m. at the St. Marys Farmers’ Market, located at the north end of Milt Dunnell Field. Snap a picture in your costume with a photo opportunity from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Photo cost is by donation with funds raised going to the St. Marys’ Salvation Army Food Bank. Don’t miss out on the final outdoor market of the season.

The St. Marys Museum is hosting two Cemetery Walking Tours at the St. Marys Cemetery at noon and 2 p.m. Attendees can expect a brief history of St. Marys cemeteries, a walk through the cemetery highlighting unique and significant graves, and a tutorial on how to research your own ancestors using cemetery resources. The cost of the tour is $10 per person; pre-registration is required by contacting the museum at [email protected] or 519-284-3556.

Four-legged friends are invited to take part in the Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade and Costume Contest. Those wishing to participate are asked to review the guidelines online and arrive outside Town Hall at 10:30 a.m. Participants and pets will walk down the sidewalk to Water St. and back up to Town Hall for treat bags and pet costume prizes, sponsored by Pet Valu St. Marys and Kristine Tanner, Peak Select Realty Inc.
