Are you interested in learning more about the Ontario Building Code changes for 2025?
The building departments from Stratford, St. Marys, North Perth, Perth East, Perth South and West Perth are partnering with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority to offer an information seminar on Jan. 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stratford Rotary Complex (Community Hall A), 353 McCarthy Rd. W.
This is for designers, contractors, tradespersons and developers who want to learn about the Ontario Building Code changes that came into effect Jan. 1, 2025.
The morning presentation will focus primarily on the farm and small business (housing) changes regulated under Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code. There will be a question-and-answer session following the presentation.
Coffee, tea and lunch will be provided.
The seminar is free to attend, but an RSVP is required.
