The Downtown Stratford Business Improvement Area (BIA) plays host to the ultimate summer celebration - a downtown-wide sidewalk sale - on Saturday, July 13.
Downtown businesses will bring their wares to the streets, offering a variety of great savings, special offers and a whole lot of “happy summer vibes.” Get ready to go on the ultimate downtown summer shopping spree! Imagine strolling the vibrant streets filled with fabulous discounts, unique treasures, great culinary experiences and a lively atmosphere.
Explore all Downtown Stratford has to offer, blocks and blocks of unique shops and boutiques offering scores of awesome deals! Tell your friends, tell your neighbors - heck tell your friends’ neighbours. Bring the kids and the dogs, just don’t miss out!
Find the BIA tent at the centre of it all in Memorial Gardens, next to Pazzo Pizzeria.
Win Downtown Dollars at the BIA Tent
The BIA is offering chances to win some Downtown Dollars… to stretch your spending budget! Patrons of downtown shops on July 13 can bring receipts totalling $100 + (before tax) to the tent to earn a ballot for a draw for $50 Downtown Dollars. Second, take a stab at guessing the correct number of items in the jar for a chance to win $25 Downtown Dollars. Draws will take place at 5 p.m.
The BIA tent will also offer free popcorn alongside 9-year old Jake Shiell and his fundraising lemonade stand (donations go direct to Juvenile Arthritis).
Jamie Pritchard, General Manager of the BIA says, “The sidewalk sale on July 13th is going to be a shopping and dining extravaganza! There has been an all out collaborative effort to make it a downtown-wide event. Follow the blue and green balloons for the fun!”
