Highway 7 southbound has been closed by police following a multi-vehicle accident near Line 26.
According to reports on social media, the accident happened around 12 p.m. when multiple vehicles were involved in the accident just past the roundabout going south-west on the concession between D&S Downham Equipment and Klomps Home & Garden Centre.
Reports indicate that poor road conditions and blowing snow resulting in poor visibility may have played a factor in the accident. So far, no injuries have been reported by police.
