NEWS RELEASE
CITY OF STRATFORD
**************************
The City of Stratford continues to make arrangements to distribute pre-authorized payment update letters to those who pay their property taxes through monthly installments.

While Canada Post has resumed operations and the mail is starting to flow again, there may be delays in deliveries while the backlog clears.

City staff want to ensure that those who wish to pick up their update letter in person at City Hall (main floor reception desk) can do so over the holiday period during our regular business hours. Any letters not picked up by noon on Dec. 31 will be mailed out on Jan. 2, 2025.

The pre-authorized payment update information is also available by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 519-271-0250 extension 5212.
