Destination Stratford is pleased to launch the highly anticipated return of the Christmas Trail for another festive season.
The Christmas Trail continues to achieve record-breaking participation numbers year over year. The 2024 trail includes 50 participating businesses and 16 new additions across Stratford and extending into St. Marys, Shakespeare and Mitchell.
Trail participants will discover traditional and unique holiday gifts, home décor items, stockings stuffers, seasonal goodies and so much more. Highlights include jewellery, holiday games, locally made liqueur, build-your-own hot chocolate and even treats for your pet!

"Building on last year’s record sales, this beloved holiday experience continues to be a highlight for both visitors and locals."
Stratford is the perfect hub for exploring beyond the city, with more holiday gift destinations just a short drive away. These additional stops encourage visitors to extend their stay and discover even more unique retailers in the region. The 2024 Christmas Trail includes 36 stops in Stratford and 14 more across St. Marys, Shakespeare, and Mitchell. Trail passes can be purchased in both Stratford and St. Marys.

The Christmas Trail is just $35 (+HST) and participants will enjoy customizing their own merry adventure by selecting six unique gifts from the fun and festive offerings across the 50 stops on the trail. Trails can be purchased at 3 locations:
- Destination Stratford: 47 Downie Street (Monday-Saturday: 9 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Bradshaws: 129 Ontario Street (Monday-Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Stone Home Creatives: 158 Queen St. E., St. Marys (Monday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday: noon - 4 p.m.)
