A cab ride will cost more next month.
At the most recent Stratford police services board meeting, the board voted to increase taxi rates in Stratford.
Regular fares within town will increase from $13 to $14. Senior fares will increase from $12 to $13.
The new fare rate takes effect on Oct. 1.
