Lenore Brown of Stratford, Ontario passed away peacefully at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth on August 18, 2024 surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Windsor, Ontario, Lenore is predeceased by her parents Leonard Sanderson and Mary Sanderson (Beaton).
She is survived by her siblings Leigh Sanderson of Milton, Ontario and Ellen Sanderson of Stratford, Ontario.
She is also survived by her beloved husband Bart Brown, to whom she was married for 57 years, and their daughters Lauren Brown and Meredith Brown. Lenore was the most loving and devoted grandmother to William and Maeve Deichert.
Lenore graduated from the University of Windsor and then worked as a teacher in the Kent, Carlton and Perth Boards of Education until she retired in 2001. Her retirement years were filled with joyful moments spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and creating her beautiful gardens.
