Santa is coming to Stratford, and you have a chance to help ensure everything goes smoothly.

The annual Santa’s Parade of Lights is taking place on December 1 and volunteers are needed. The parade, hosted by the Stratford and District Saddle Club and Bethel Church, starts at 5 p.m. Volunteers are needed to marshall floats into starting positions, attend barricades along the parade route, and walk along the parade to ensure spectators are safe and not entering the parade area.

This year's parade will go from the Avon River shoreline, starting at Hillcrest Drive and William Street, before heading east along William to Lakeside Drive North, and along the Festival Bridge, before heading west along Lakeside Drive past the Stratford Festival before ending at the Tom Patterson Theatre.

Anyone looking to volunteer is asked to fill out the form here.
