While the holidays are filled with joy, love and peace for most people, there are some people that may experience traumatic situations during the holiday season.

211 is a FREE and confidential resource that connects people with services in their community. 

There is also a new service 9-8-8 for people who are in crisis and have thoughts of suicide. 

211 and 988 can be used by calling or texting the service.
