Loretta “Lorrie” Jean Powless, age 67, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. Born in Hamilton, ON, daughter of the late John and Loretta (Simmons) Downey. Lorrie will be remembered by her siblings Doug (Jane) Downey, Sandy Andress and her sister-in-law Wendy Burmister-Downey and her many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Lorrie was predeceased by her husband David Powless, and her brother’s Ian and Jim Downey.
In keeping with Lorrie’s wishes cremation has taken place. Celebration of Lorrie’s life will take place at Bethel Stratford, 2988 Ontario St, Stratford. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
